We’re finally in our house in Tanzania!  I’m still working on getting a good internet connection at our house, so I’m writing this from an internet cafe.  Once I get a connection set up at home, I’ll upload our photos from the trip and of our new home.  I’ll also back-post some of the e-mails Leslie and I sent along the way with the photos.

Overall the trip went well.  The biggest hiccup was that the car we expected to be here waiting for us is still on a ship from Japan, so we’re learning our way around the Tanzanian bus system.  The car should be here in 2-3 weeks (which I hope means no more than 5-6 weeks, so that we’ll have the car for driving myself and the kids into school every morning when it starts in August…)

We received a wonderful welcome from the staff at Msalato Theological College the night that we arrived at our house.  A big dinner and party that we all attended and appreciated.
